Everything a restaurant usually asks before switching software. If yours isn’t here, ask us.
Getting started
A few minutes. Sign up, set your restaurant name and GSTIN, add a few dishes — or bulk-upload the whole menu — lay out your tables, and take an order on the POS.
Yes. Every feature is unlocked, no card is asked for, and nothing charges — ever. Sign up and start taking orders.
No. Bulk-upload your menu from a CSV, or just paste your dish names, and a photo is created for each one from its name. Or add dishes one at a time — either way it takes minutes.
Yes. Upload a CSV with the columns you have — name, category, price, veg/non-veg, takeaway/delivery prices, GST — and the importer creates any missing categories as it goes.
Ordering, tables & kitchen
Yes — all three on one POS, each with its own prices and charges (service charge on dine-in, packaging and delivery on the rest). Every order settles to a proper GST bill.
Each dish is routed to its kitchen (Tandoor, Chinese, Bar…). Firing an order prints the ticket and puts it on a live kitchen display with prep timers; the kitchen bumps it New → Preparing → Ready → Served and can recall it in a tap.
Yes. A live floor shows every table's status, timer and running total; you can transfer a party to another table, merge tables, split a bill and settle straight from the floor.
Yes — bills print as an 80mm thermal receipt or A4, and KOTs as a compact kitchen ticket, through your browser's print dialog, so any printer your computer can see works. Station-to-printer routing is built in.
Online orders & aggregators
Yes. Every table gets a QR to your digital menu; guests order straight to your POS and kitchen, contactless, with no commission to anyone. You can also share the ordering link on WhatsApp.
Aggregator orders land in one inbox where you accept, fire to the kitchen, dispatch and settle them, with menu and 86 availability sync. Live feeds connect through a per-outlet webhook — for a platform, your own delivery software, or your integrator — and orders taken over the phone go straight in by hand, all running the same flow.
Yes — a reconciliation view shows each channel's orders, the commission it keeps and the net payout, for any period.
Menu, inventory & recipes
Attach a recipe to a dish and selling it depletes the ingredients automatically, with the food cost per plate worked out from your purchase prices. Wastage is logged against cost too, and a variance view compares recipe usage with what actually left the store.
Yes. By default they're AI-generated from the name and need no setup; add a free Unsplash or Pexels key and you can pull real stock photos instead. You can always replace either with your own photo.
Yes. Each bill carries your GSTIN, per-item HSN/SAC and GST rate, the CGST/SGST split, the total in words and a serial number. The reports screen produces GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries and a day-book you can export to Tally, Zoho Books or QuickBooks; filing itself still happens on the GST portal.
Devices and data
Yes. One account runs the POS at the counter, a captain's pad on a phone, and the kitchen display on any screen at the same time, with the same menu, orders and stock. There is no per-device or per-user charge.
No. Every client draws its number from one counter reserved inside a database transaction, so two tills billing at the same moment get consecutive numbers, never a duplicate.
The Windows and Android apps keep working with the data already on the device and sync when the connection returns. The browser version needs a connection, since there is nothing installed to fall back on.
Download the installer from the downloads page and open it. It installs for your user, so Windows will not ask for an administrator password, and it creates a desktop and Start-menu shortcut. It runs on Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.
From the Play Store link on the downloads page if it is listed there, or as a direct APK. With an APK, Android asks you once to allow installs from that source — open the file, tap Settings on the prompt, allow it, then tap Install.
No. One subscription covers the browser, the Windows app and the Android app, with no per-device or per-user fee.
It is yours, and you can export all of it — bills, menu, orders, customers, purchases, accounts — as CSV and JSON from Settings → Data at any time, without asking us. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Nothing is deleted. The account becomes read-only, so you can still open, print and export everything, and we keep it for at least 12 months in case you come back.
Cost
Nothing. Every feature is free to use — no plans, no per-invoice or per-user fees, no card ever asked for.
Staff and support
Yes. Add staff with a role and set exactly which capabilities each has — take orders and bill, fire and cancel KOTs, give discounts, edit the menu, manage tables, see reports and settings. A shared till uses a per-person PIN, and clock-in/out records each shift.
Write to our support address with the email address on your account. We answer every message, usually the same working day.
