Nothing is shipped. EcoGenius Restaurant is software, delivered electronically. There is no physical product, no courier, no delivery charge and no delivery address to give us.

How you get the product

• In the browser. Sign up and it is available immediately at this site — nothing to install.
• Windows and Android. Download the apps from the links on our home page and sign in with the same account.

When a subscription starts

Immediately. Card, UPI and netbanking payments are confirmed by the gateway within seconds and the account unlocks on the spot — there is no waiting period and nothing to activate by hand. If the network drops between paying and returning to the app, the subscription still activates on its own within a few minutes, because our server is told of the payment independently of your browser.

Where you pay by direct bank transfer or UPI and upload a receipt instead, an operator verifies it by hand. That is normally done within a few working hours, and always within one working day.

What you receive

Access to the complete product for the period you paid for, on every device you sign in from, plus an email confirming the payment. The coverage end date is shown in the app under Subscription at all times.

If something does not arrive

If a payment succeeded but your account has not unlocked, check the Subscription screen first — it refreshes on its own. If it still shows as unpaid after 15 minutes, write to [support email not set] with the payment reference and we will activate it manually. See also our cancellation & refund policy.
